Guitarist/singer/producer/songwriter Mike Latcha swung by the Outer Limits Lounge to hang out on stage with Jeff and Chad, talking about his origins as a musician and how he got into audio engineering. Mike has been "on the scene," so to speak, for nearly 20 years, going back to the mid-2000s with indie rock band Freer, and then later with the psychedelic-rock band Electric Lion Soundwave Experiment. LATELY, Mike's been very busy, after 10+ years serving as a teacher with the School of Rock in Rochester, he's also joined the party-rock band The Beggars and started a new project with musician Alice Sun, known as Sonic Smut.
